Do I need to be home during the clean? ▾

Most of our recurring clients are at work or running errands. We can use a hidden key, garage code, or a smart lock — whatever feels safest. Every cleaner is bonded and insured, and you’ll always know who’s coming.

What does “same-day booking” actually mean? ▾

If you call before 11am Monday–Saturday, we can usually have a team at your Utah County home that same afternoon — pending availability. For deep cleans and moves, 24–48 hours’ notice is ideal.

Are you really licensed and insured? ▾

Yes — Utah business license, $2M general liability, and worker’s comp on every employee. Happy to email you the certificate before your first clean.

Do you bring your own supplies? ▾

Always. We bring everything — eco-friendly products, microfiber cloths, vacuums with HEPA filters, the works. If you prefer we use a specific product (allergies, pet-safe, etc.), just let us know.

How is pricing calculated? ▾

Flat rates based on bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and frequency. We quote before we clean — no “hourly creep,” no surprise charges. See our services page for starting prices.

What if I’m not happy with the clean? ▾
